Bonjour à tous,
Le marathon de Zermatt couru samedi dernier confirme que ma préparation se déroule selon notre planification. Sous une chaleur digne du marathon d’Atacama (j’exagère un peu !), j’ai bouclé les 42 km 195 avec une dénivellation positive proche des 2000 mètres en un peu plus de 6 heures ce qui me classe 10ème dans ma catégorie.
J’ai testé pour la 1ère fois une nouvelle boisson composée de thé vert, Vichy, miel et compléments alimentaires. Test réussi ! Cette boisson sera intégrée dans les prochains ravitaillements des marathons sur route ( Berlin, Londres et Dubaï) sans bien entendu délaisser le Coca Cola (ma boisson favorite durant l’effort).
Prochaine compétition-test sera une course de 26 km avec + 2000 m de dénivellation : Glacier 3000 run (région de Gstaad/ Suisse), le 6 août 2022.
Je profite de cette occasion pour remercier toutes les personnes qui m’encouragent de près ou de loin et me réjouis de vous faire partager, je l’espère, de grands moments dans les prochains mois.

Hello everyone,
The Zermatt marathon run last Saturday confirms that my preparation is going according to plan. Under a heat worthy of the Atacama marathon (I’m exaggerating a little!), I completed the 42 km 195 with a positive difference in altitude close to 2000 meters in a little more than 6 hours which ranks me 10th in my category.
I tested for the 1st time a new drink made of green tea, Vichy, honey and food supplements. Successful test! This drink will be integrated in the next refreshments of the road marathons (Berlin, London and Dubai) without of course abandoning the Coca Cola (my favorite drink during the effort).
Next test competition will be a 26 km race with + 2000 m of difference in altitude: Glacier 3000 run (Gstaad region/Switzerland), on August 6th 2022.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who encourage me from near and far and I am looking forward to sharing great moments with you in the coming months.
