Avec son décor somptueux, le marathon de la Jungfrau, qui démarre à Interlaken (Suisse) pour se terminer 1823 mètres plus haut au pied des mythiques sommets de l’Eiger, du Mönch et de la Jungfrau, est sans doute la plus belle course de Suisse. La revue spécialisée américaine Marathon l’a d’ailleurs qualifié de course «la plus belle du monde.

Pour sa 12^ème participation à ce marathon de montagne, William a bien géré son effort sous une chaleur digne du désert d’Atacama et a terminé sous la barre des délais imposés par l’organisateur. Un très bon entraînement avant le marathon d’Athènes qui aura lieu le 12 novembre 2023.

With its sumptuous scenery, the Jungfrau Marathon, which starts in Interlaken (Switzerland) and finishes 1823 metres higher up at the foot of the legendary Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau peaks, is without doubt the most beautiful race in Switzerland.
