5 août 2023 – 23 km pour 1500 mètre de dénivellation positif – Un bon test

Arrivée déplacée à la station intermédiaire de Cabane (km 23 à 2450 mètres d’altitude) en raison de la neige sur le haut du parcours. Le tracé avait un dénivelé positif d’environ 1’500 mètres pour cette édition. Un excellent entraînement avant l’échéance du marathon de la Jungfrau du début de septembre.

William a géré son effort tout au long du parcours excepté la portion «  pierrier » d’environ 3 km à l’approche de l’arrivée durant laquelle nous avons constaté que William n’a plus l’équilibre d’antan. Il se classe 13^ème sur 19 participants finishers (H 60).

August 5, 2023 – 23 km for 1500 meters of positive vertical drop – A good test

Finish moved to Cabane intermediate station (km 23 at 2450 m altitude) due to snow at the top of the course. The route had a positive vertical drop of around 1,500 metres for this edition. An excellent training session before the Jungfrau Marathon in early September.

William managed his effort throughout the course, with the exception of the 3 km « perrier » section approaching the finish, during which we noticed that William no longer had the balance of yesteryear. He came 13th out of 19 finishers (H 60).
